Disclaimer: We are a consultancy service, not a direct lender. We facilitate the loan process but do not provide loans directly. Final loan approval decisions rest with the lending institutions.

3. Eligibility

Standard Service: 2% of approved loan amount (minimum KES 5,000)
Premium Service: Custom pricing for complex cases

Payment Terms

Fees are payable upon successful loan disbursement. We do not charge upfront fees for standard loan consultancy services.

No Loan, No Fee: If we are unable to secure a loan offer for you, no consultancy fees will be charged (excluding premium services with different arrangements).

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property related to our services are owned by Mulachap Ventures or our licensors.

Usage Rights

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our content without explicit written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mulachap Ventures shall not be liable for:

Loan application rejections by financial institutions
Interest rates, terms, or conditions offered by lenders
Financial decisions made by clients based on our advice
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Important: Our maximum liability to you for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid to us for those services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship with written notice.

Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if you:

Violate these terms of service
Provide false or misleading information
Engage in fraudulent activities
Fail to cooperate in the consultation process

Termination by You

You may terminate our services at any time by providing written notice. Any fees owed for services rendered prior to termination remain payable.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through mediation. If mediation fails, disputes shall be settled in the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to active clients via email at least 30 days before they take effect.
